As an homage to Lebanon and our unique food history, I launched my own brand of organic homemade pickled vegetables, dairy products, jams and herbal teas, that supports the local community of farmers in Lebanon as well as gives consumers a taste of the Lebanese village wherever they may be. To date, ‘Najat’s Garden’ was able to directly support and improve the lives of over 50 households, including those that are women-led, through increasing their monthly income by up to 50%.
